Jay Crisp-Crow has built a career on writing words that sell, and now the talented copywriter is set to share all her secret skills at the Small Business Skills Summit 2019.

As an award-winning copywriter, Jay notes many business owners worry conversion copywriting is not for them or their audience.

“I’m here to say balderdash to that!” she states. “I’m looking to teach business owners how to write copy that converts people from curious cat readers to loyal advocates and raving fans.”

In a seminar entitled “Crisp copy that converts”, Jay will look at conversion copywriting and how it fits within a market.

“We’re going to do that by looking at structure using sales pages that can be applied anywhere and through branded copy that converts your audience into clients and customers,” Jay explains.

Back for her second year at the Small Business Skills Summit, Jay joins a panel of presenters who are each acclaimed experts in their fields, with specialties ranging from law to social media advertising and business sales.

“I’ve been a part of the Small Business Skills Summit before, and it’s always fabulous,” Jay notes.

Created by business owners for business owners, the Small Business Skills Summit is designed to offer essential business skills and knowledge to the busy business owner.

The initiative is the brainchild of small business networking and resources group Business Business Business, with founder Linda Reed-Enever explaining it harnesses some of the finest talent in the small business community.

“We are thrilled with the line-up of this event. Not only are the 11 presenters experts in their specific fields, they live and breathe the small business ethos.”

“They understand small business is busy, often all-consuming and incredibly rewarding, so they offer a no-nonsense skills-based approach.”

The summit offers participants the convenience of taking part online, meaning they can tune in for live presentations and Q&As or learn about specific topics at their leisure for three months following the event.

Topics covered range from sales, to legal, marketing and mindset.

“If you have a question about where your business is going or are looking to understand what to do next, this is the forum to assist,” Linda says.

“There is literally something of value for every person in small business.”

The Small Business Skills Summit runs from August 1 to 11, with enrollments open now at
