Almost every small business owner is familiar with the feeling of stress and overwhelm, and these are exactly the issues mindfulness coach Chantal Vanderhaeghen will address when she presents at this year’s Small Business Skills Summit.

Chantal will look into how business operators can re-centre and embrace clarity of mind through simple, easy to implement meditation techniques, noting meditation has helped her in every area of her life, but particularly in her own small business.

“Meditation enables you to become more focussed, have clarity of mind and develop better relations, not only with your loved ones, but your staff and your suppliers,” she said.

Chantal’s “Your Dream Team – Meditation and You” presentation will focus on the key topic of how meditation can be a small business owner’s best friend. She will discuss:

  • The difference between meditation and mindfulness
  • How it can support people in their life
  • The various techniques involved
  • Easy techniques that anyone can employ, every day

Chantal is a meditation practitioner and coach with 15 years experience and combines her knowledge with experience in reiki, tapping, and mindfulness.

She is also the creator of a successful international skincare brand and works with women to transform their perceptions of beauty and perfection – most importantly when they turn their gaze inward.

Now she joins a team of elite specialists all offering their insight into the small business world at the inaugural Small Business Skills Summit.

Small business networking community Business Business Business is the organiser of the event, and founder Clive Enever explains that the 11-day  Skills Summit was created to offer small business owners relevant skills, delivered directly to their door.

“We know small business owners are often short of time and budget conscious, which is why the Small Business Skills Summit is designed to offer the information they want, when they want,” Clive said.

Delivered online, attendees can pick or choose whether they tune in for the 60 live events or view presentations for up to three months after the event.

“We have selected some of the best, most experienced small business experts, who each understand the challenges unique to the small business world.”

The Small Business Skills Summit runs from August 6 to 16, with enrollments open now at
