While extensive research has highlighted the positive mental health benefits associated with mindfulness, many people struggle to find the time to practice and integrate it into their daily lives.

A leading meditation and mindfulness expert, Sally Kellett, has launched a four-week online course, Mindfulness Fundamentals, to help those interested in mindfulness understand how to build a sustainable mindfulness practice, reduce stress, and look at simple ways to incorporate mindfulness into your day-to-day life.

Instead of practising mindfulness in an ad-hoc way – by reading a quote here, trying a meditation there – Sally will show participants how to structure a mindfulness practice in three effective steps which she terms The Mirosuna Way.

Inspired by Sally’s own studies of eastern philosophy, she will teach the fundamentals of mindfulness and meditation that have led to profound changes in her own life.

Sally is a professional meditation teacher, certified sound meditation practitioner and founder of Mirosuna – a wellbeing hub and mindfulness studio created for busy professionals to truly recharge.

After experiencing the real, tangible benefits of mindfulness herself without giving up hours of her day to meditate, along with studying mindfulness both in Australia and internationally, Sally now teaches others how to bring meditation and mindfulness into their own lives so they see the benefits long after they finish their meditation class.
